    hey, we should go see this: http://www.thelobsterfarm.com/. (i grew up in sheepshead bay. ha!)
    i swear we put bacon in nearly everything. boeuf bourguignon, chili, fruit smoothies etc. lately i’m enamored with schaller and weber black forest bacon. i use it for carbonara. it’s swell. also, i have been using mini penne (i just wish it was lisce) instead of spaghetti (iconclast that i am), it’s more portable.

    Would love to, but I’ll be out of town on the 5th for a conference. The good news is that I’ll be hanging out in TX for Cinco de Mayo, though, and I’ve already raided the Chowhound boards for food options!
