– gym clothes, makeup
– shakerato in travel mug
– blackberry, cell phone, camera, mini tripod
– wallet, moleskine, business cards
– egg whites w/cremini mushrooms and extra sharp cheddar and a squirt of sriracha for breakfast
– mixed green salad for lunch
– copy of Liz Thorpe's The Cheese Chronicles, for a future Serious Eats column
– This week's New Yorker
This is why I have a permanent knot in my right shoulder.

Indeed! My shoulders are eternally f’ed up due to this. My bag today:
– Two folders full of work/extracurricular stuff
– Latest issue of Vanity Fair; last week’s issue of New York Magazine
– Makeup bag
– SIGG filled with water
– Wallet
– Sunglasses
– Moleskine
– Day planner
– Checkbook
– Cardigan
– Yogurt; three plums; two donut peaches; a pear
– Phone, keys, gum, pen, etc.
INSANE! But this is just how it goes.

Add in a 500 page novel (paperback) and umbrella, minus the shakerato and the makeup, and I have an almost identical bag (no sriracha in my to go eggs for breakfast). And all I can think about is a back massage.
