So, when do I get to come over for dinner?

Oh, I am SO jealous. Not only do you get to live in the most magical city in the whole wide world, but you’ve got a GREAT apt. there to boot. WAH! I want to be like you when I grow up!!! 😉

Spencer — you can come over for dinner sometime after the painters leave. It feels like it’ll be a while (like next year) but they tell me they’ll be done Friday.
And Claudia — no need to be jealous. It’s true I’m in a great location and I love my place, but if you’re from anywhere else in the world, you’d think my apartment was the size of a shoebox with a kitchen the size of a closet. Plus I get no light. That said, I do love it!

I’m from the Cape, and while I value our space and the amount of nature around us I miss the energy and magic of the city. I have a wee obsession with yours in particular, there is just something about the way it makes me feel when I’m there. Small, but in a really GREAT way AND I get to wear all my swanky outfits, in my neck of the woods it’s soccer mom-ville.
