I didn't have time for much of a recap yesterday, but I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend on Fire Island with good friends, excellent weather, a solid (if slow) run without any pain, lobsters and other tasty meals, late night giggle fits and a fantastic soundtrack that's still stuck in my head. I've gotta plan a few more trips . . .
