Once Again, Ahead of the Curve

Time Out New York reports that online dating is dead.

As I mentioned recently, I have essentially given up on online dating. Well actually, to come completely clean, since that post, I had a one month stint on JDate, which essentially confirmed my conclusion that it is nearly impossible to find that “spark” via online dating sites. I cancelled it a few weeks ago. Once again, the offline method seems to be working quite well for me at the moment. [via New Yorkish]

Did you read the article? I happily double clicked on the link– only to find that at the end of the article New yorkish–basically questions all of time out ny’s findings…. and points to their recent article stating online dating is all the rage.
Please blame my lack of sleep for any rudeness found in the above.

Yes, I read the Time Out article — the Time Out article gives ideas of how to “drop the mouse and get out of the house” because they “declare” that online dating is dead. Or that one can do just as well in other, offline ways. New Yorkish is doubting the TONY article . . .
