- My abs hurt so much from Friday's training session that it hurts to twist to either side. Also hurts to sneeze.
- Being around a dozen children is exhausting.

Yes, I’m sure that’ll be fine. I actually swapped five spice powder for the cinnamon, star anise, and szechuan peppercorns because I had it handy. You’re probably going to want to skim the sauce, but it is soooooo good. Enjoy!

i did exactly the same with the 5-spice! and yeah soooo much grease on top. but it was great.
